WHAT
IS PAINTBALL Paintball
is not a violent game despite the use of markers and the wearing of protective
camouflage clothing and can be played by men, women, and teenage children. In
fact, paintball places significant emphasis on teamwork and players can gain
valuable skills and boost their confidence levels whilst trying to eliminate
their opponents. |

| HOW TO PLAY PAINTBALL Paintball is played by two teams who wear coloured armbands to distinguish them from one another. Each team comprises a minimum of 8 to maximum of 15. Each team has to eliminate the other by "tagging" them with paintballs. Once a player has been hit and the paintball breaks anywhere on his/her clothing, he is deemed "out" and has to leave the field for the safe zone. Games usually last around 25 minutes or until the objective is reached. |

| THE RULES Absolutely no physical contact. It is strictly against the rules to pretend to be eliminated, to fake being hit or a surrender. Armbands must be in plain sight around your arm, do not hide them. If a player is carrying the flag, it must be carried in the open, it cannot be concealed in any way. If the player is eliminated from playing the flag, he must immediately drop the flag and leave the area saying only "I´m hit.." If you are hit, you may not communicate with any of your surviving team mates, if you do you are disqualified. |
